Česko-německý fond budoucnosti vypisuje na akademický rok 2010/2011 pro české a německé studenty/ky 12 stipendií ke studijnímu pobytu v příslušné sousední zemi.O stipendium se mohou ucházet studující jakož i doktorandi všech semestrů humanitních a společenskovědných oborů. Stipendia jsou určena na 10 měsíců, tzn. na dva semestry, počínaje zimním semestrem.Cílem pobytu je získání resp. prohloubení znalosti jazyka a kultury sousední země a náhled do akademického života hostitelské země. Úkolem Stipendistů/ek je pracovat na konkrétním projektu s česko-německou tematikou a na toto téma napsat referát (může se také jednat o diplomovou či doktorskou práci).

University of Oxford announces the eighth Oxford Internet Institute (OII) Summer Doctoral Programme (SDP). The aim of the programme is to bring together advanced doctoral students engaged in dissertation research relating to the Internet and other ICTs. Students can enhance the quality and significance of their thesis research and create a peer network of excellent young researchers. Applications are welcomed from advanced doctoral students in any discipline whose work in the field of Internet research engages with the OII's research priorities of Everyday life, Governance and democracy, Science and Learning and Shaping the Internet. Most of the seminars will draw on Internet-related research in the social sciences, but some may also cover aspects of the department's projects in the humanities and computer science.
